Information for entrepreneurs!

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, In connection with the provisions of the Act of 2 March 2020 on special arrangements for preventing, preventing and combating COVID-19, other infectious diseases and the crisis situations caused by them (Dz. U. 2020 item. 374) and the Ordinance of the Minister of Health of 13 March 2020 on declaring an epidemic hazard state in the Republic of Poland (Dz. U. 2020 item. 433) I inform you that: according to § 1. aforementioned of the Ordinance “In the period from 14 March 2020 until further notice, an epidemic hazard state due to SARS-CoV-2 virus infections is declared in the territory of the Republic of Poland”;. pursuant to § 5. Mouth. 1. point 1(a). g above The regulation “In the period referred to in § 1, a temporary restriction is established on the conduct by entrepreneurs within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 6 March 2018 – Entrepreneurs’; Law and by other entities of the following activities: ” related to the conduct of tourist accommodation facilities and short-term accommodation (included in the Polish Classification of Activities in subclass 55. 20)”;. Restrictions referred to in § 5, section 5. 1 point 1(1)(a) g , according to § 6. Mouth. 1. point 2 consist in a total ban on the activities listed in those provisions. The above provisions do not affect the status of facilities that have been entered in the register of facilities providing hotel services, which are not hotel facilities, and bivouac fields in the Municipality of Krakow. They are still in the aforementioned records, according to the Act of 29 August 1997 on hotel services and services of tour guides and tour guides (Dz. U. 2019, item 238)
