The District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register, informs that as of 01. 12. 2019 the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register, on 01. 12. 2019, the District Court for KrakówŚródmieście in Kraków, the District Court for KrakówŚródmieście in Kraków, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register, hereby announces that the statutory deadline for submission of changes to the entry concerning PKD codes by entities registered in the National Court Register passes. Entities entered into the National Court Register are required to notify the amendment to the Polish Classification of Activities in order to adjust the entry to the content of Article 40 Section 1 of the Act on the National Court Register (Article 9 Section 2 of the Act of 26 June 2014 on the amendment of the Act on the National Court Register and the amendment of certain other acts in the Journal of Laws). 2014 item 1161
Pursuant to Article 40 (1) of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register, section 3 of the register of entrepreneurs contains data concerning the scope of business activity according to the Polish Classification.
Activities (PKD)
• no more than 10 positions;
• of which one predominant activity at subclass level ;
• in order to adapt the entry to the requirements of the Act, it is necessary to submit an application:
• KRS Z form (depending on the legal form of the entity) o entry of changes in the register;
• annex KRS ZM;
• fee 350 PLN.
If the scope of business activity results from the articles of association, founding act or statute and is consistent with the PKD from 2007, the application does not require their change. Together with the application for change of the PKD it is possible to apply for other changes in the entry in the register.
In relation to entrepreneurs who do not report a change in the entry in the scope of PKD, the Registry Court may after 01. 12. 2019r. institute enforced proceedings based on Article 24 of the Act on the National Court Register and impose fines on members of the management board or partners authorized to represent the entity.
