For those coming to Poland
All persons coming to Poland must undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine. During the check at the border, each traveller is obliged to provide the address at which he or she will spend it.
Quarantine, after crossing the border in the course of professional activities, need not take place:
Providing meals and delivering them to the indicated addresses, as well as psychological advice on the phone – these are the forms of assistance provided to people in home quarantine (reported to the sanitary) and those in isolation, especially the lonely, sick, seniors.
While in quarantine, monitor your health.
- take your temperature regularly,
- pay attention to your mood, whether you have breathing problems, muscle aches, coughing or other disturbing symptoms,
- if you have any doubts, get a medical telecommand.
- Provide information about your health to SANEPID (State Sanitary Inspectorate) staff calling you.
Download the “Home Quarantine” application. It will monitor your quarantine, but will also give you the possibility of a basic health assessment, to go to local social welfare centres, which can provide medicines or foodstuffs.
First you will receive an SMS encouraging you to download and install the application. He may come in a few days, but don’t worry, it doesn’t affect the length of quarantine. Now download the Home Quarantine application from the App Store or Google Play. After installing it, register with your phone number. Your account will be verified after entering the code you received in the SMS.
