From Wednesday, 1 July, in connection with the continuation of the process of moving away from the restrictions adopted during the epidemic situation, the Krakow City Hall provides full service to residents.
The Departments of the City Hall of Krakow and the city’s organizational units dealing with the provision of services and the implementation of matters requiring direct contact with an external client, provide full service, from Monday to Friday, from 7. 40 am to 3 pm. Work is also resumed by Residential Service Points located in shopping malls. They will be open from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 18.00.
The website service is to be provided in a way that takes into account the safety of the office employees and external customers.
From 1 July, residents will no longer be able to use the urns to deal with cases and submit applications and letters directly and through the application logs.
