An unemployed person who has at least one child under the age of 6 or at least one child with disabilities under the age of 7, as well as an unemployed person caring for a dependent person, is entitled to a refund if:
– employed or has another job,
– directed to internship, adult training or education,
– at the same time, monthly income does not reach the minimum wage for work.
