Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

we kindly inform you about the dates of reopening the points of the official network of city and tourist information InfoKraków. For administrative and security reasons, the points will be opened gradually according to the following schedule:

From 04.05, will be open:

• InfoKraków Pawilon Wyspiańskiego from 9 till 17
• InfoKraków at Sukiennice from 9 till 17
• InfoKraków Zgody 7 from 10 till 19

From 06. 05, will be open:

• InfoKraków św. Jana 2  street from 9 till 19
• InfoKraków Szpitalna 25 street from 9 till 17

From 08.05, will be open:

·      InfoKraków Józefa 7 street from 9 till 17

·      InfoKraków Powiśle 11 street from 9 till 17

InfoKraków points located in the ICE Krakow Congress Centre and at Krakow International Airport remains inactive until further notice. 

In the interests of your and your employees’ safety, certain restrictions have been introduced at InfoKraków points. Detailed information is available directly at each point. 

The operator of the official network of urban and tourist information InfoKraków is the Krakow Festival Office.
