Assistance in the preparation of documents for the purchase of a car and car registration for a company in Poland:

Documents necessary for the declaration:
Completed application for vehicle registration – application form;
-Certificate of ownership of the vehicle, for example:
purchase/sale agreement, donation agreement, VAT invoice;
-Vehicle card, if issued;
-Vehicle registration certificate with the current date of technical inspection ;
-Car license plate with numbers ;
-Power of attorney, if your interests are represented by another person – specimen power of attorney;
-If the owner of the car is a natural person, you need a document that confirms the person: an identity card or another document with a photograph;
-If the owner of the car is a legal person, the current excerpt from the National Court Register (KRS) is required. Activities related to the registration of a vehicle on behalf of a legal person may be performed only by persons authorised to do so;

If the owner of the car is a foreign company, it is necessary to obtain a certificate of entry in the register of representative offices of foreign companies, issued by the Minister of Economy, or a current excerpt from the National Court Register for a branch of a foreign company.
