Krakow Zoo reopened

From 20 May the zoo is reopened for visitors. Be careful in the zoo area, disinfect your hands with disinfectant and move around in protective masks.

Before entering the garden, please read the visiting regulations, which apply during the epidemic: 
1. It is mandatory to disinfect hands with disinfectant before entering and to pass through the disinfection mat. Hand disinfection is mandatory before using the toilets in the zoo area. 
2. Only protective masks are allowed to move around the zoo. 
3. The zoo can accommodate 1200 people at a time. Therefore, we ask for your understanding if you have to wait longer to enter the garden. 
4. We encourage you to make payments at the cash desk using payment cards.
5. During the tour, a 2-metre distance should be maintained between the visitors (this does not apply to families and people living together). 
6. The nightlife pavilion, giraffe house, minizoo and exotarium will be closed.
7. For safety reasons, please do not touch the barriers.
8. Feeding shows are cancelled.
9. The playground in the zoo is closed.
