The purpose of the training – to teach business in Poland, accounting, the possibility of financing firms from external funds as well as labor law, marketing and consumer rights.
During the training will be discussed:
procedures for opening firms in Poland;
organizational and legal forms of economic activity;
business planning;
funds for opening a company and benefits for entrepreneurs;
rights and obligations of entrepreneurs;
forms of taxation with income tax, tax card and other types of taxes;
obligations of the taxpayer;
E-PUAP;
legal forms of employment of employees (including foreigners);
standard employment contracts, contracts of assignment and contracts;
employer’s obligations;
social insurance and related rights and obligations;
accounting rules, maintenance and payment of wages, PUE ZUS and others.
