The Cracovians can handle official matters in a parcel locker

InPost – the leader of modern logistics in Poland – has donated three specialist Parcel locker Urząd 24 for the needs of the Department of Vehicle and Driver Register of the City of Krakow. They will allow residents to handle official matters without having to enter the building and contact the officials directly. 

The InPost device can be used to collect, among others, the following the vehicle registration certificate in the case of replacement due to lack of space for the entry for the vehicle registration. technical inspection, duplicates of the vehicle card, driving licence, registration plate and registration certificate. Solution Parcel locker Urząd 24 is not only an answer to the need for non-contact services. It is also a big step in the realization of the idea of city management based on “Smart Cities” assumptions, which is designed to improve the standard of living of the inhabitants. Further machine installations are planned at city halls throughout Poland.

Parcel locker will be installed at three locations of the Department of Vehicle and Driver Registration – at avenue Powstania Warszawskiego 10, on estate Zgody 2 in Nowa Huta and at Wielicka 28a street. The documents may be picked up in a parcel locker at the premises of the office where the application is made. If the application was submitted electronically, the documents can be collected from the parcel machine in avenue Powstania Warszawskiego 10.
