The number of foreigners with valid residence permits in Poland exceeded 450 thousand. people. In the first half of this year the group grew by almost 27 thousand. foreigners. The majority are Ukrainian citizens and young people, below 35. of a year old. 

With 450,000 foreigners currently holding valid residence permits, the largest groups are citizens of: Ukraine – 237 thousand. 28 thousand people, Belarus – 28 thousand, German – 20. 9 thousand, Russia – 12. 8 thousand, Vietnam – 11. 5 thousand, India – 10. 2 thousand, Italian – 8. 5 thousand, China – 7. 9 thousand, Georgia – 7. 1 thousand. and the United Kingdom – 6. 3 thousand.
